The same God who formed the universe, created every living creature, and every human being, lovingly chose to come to us in the quietest and lowest of circumstances. He became a humble baby. Although He very much deserved to be given center stage with all praise and glory, His nature is revealed in the manner in which He came to us. His honor and glory was being sung from the heavens. In this same way, God continues to reveal Himself to His people in quiet and humble ways. We are invited to open our hearts, to seek His ways, and to continually join the angels in giving God the glory that is owed to Him. We also pray to become like the shepherds, gifted with the Truth and the graces which accompany a life lived for Christ.
